A recent report revealed that Facebook has chosen London as the base for the global launch of digital payments service on the platform of instant messaging Watts Abp, according to a report in the Financial Times, "Watts Ab will employ nearly 100 people in London to focus on the payment service and digital staff will be recruited Two additional operations in Dublin.
